Overview
Villa Elenas is a luxury event venue in Greece, set beneath Mount Erymanthus and overlooking Patras, combining natural beauty, heritage, and elegance. We developed a fully custom Drupal website for the estate to reflect its sophisticated brand identity while providing a robust, easy-to-manage digital platform. Every part of the site, from galleries and services to testimonials and blogs, is dynamic and powered by custom content types and fields, allowing the admin to update content without coding. The website also incorporates advanced functionality such as role-based private galleries, date-managed booking forms, and secure access controls, creating a seamless experience for both visitors and the villa’s team.
Features that make a difference
We implemented a fully custom theme tailored to Villa Elenas’ Tuscan-inspired elegance. The theme reflects the estate’s luxurious aesthetic, using subtle Mediterranean color palettes, elegant typography, and immersive imagery to create an immediate sense of place and sophistication.
Users can request event quote using advanced form that include date selection, booked date blocking, file uploads, and automated confirmation emails. Admins receive notifications and can manage all booked dates directly in admin panel.
Similar to event booking, this form allow clients to request media services. Custom date logic prevents double bookings, and notifications keep both admins and clients informed in real time.
We developed a custom module that allows the admin to assign a specific role to users, granting them access to specific private galleries and images. Each user can see only the galleries they are authorized for, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. Admins have full control over user roles and gallery assignments, providing a secure, elegant solution for sharing event photos.
Every section of the website is fully dynamic. We built custom fields and content types, allowing the admin to easily add, edit, or update content without touching code. This ensures the site is flexible, scalable, and easy to manage, giving Villa Elenas complete control over its digital presence.

01. The Challenge
Villa Elenas needed a website that could do more than just look beautiful. The estate required a platform that would support complex booking processes for events and photography services, allow private galleries for specific guests, and make all content easy to manage dynamically. At the same time, the website had to maintain the luxury and elegance of the villa, appeal to high-end clients, and be fully responsive across devices. Balancing this combination of aesthetics, usability, and advanced technical requirements was the main challenge. The villa’s team also needed full administrative control, so they could manage services, testimonials, events, and images without relying on developers for everyday updates.
02. The Solution
Web Nectus delivered a custom Drupal solution designed to meet both the aesthetic and functional requirements of Villa Elenas. We built a custom Drupal theme inspired by Tuscan elegance, with a color palette, typography, and layout that reflect the villa’s luxurious brand. Every section of the website was made fully dynamic, with custom fields and content types for services, galleries, testimonials, blog posts, and FAQs, making it simple for admins to update content independently.
For event management, we implemented advanced quote forms for both events and photography/filming services, which include date pickers with booked dates blocked, automated confirmation emails to clients, and notifications to admins. This ensures smooth bookings, prevents double reservations, and streamlines communication.
A key feature of the website is the role-based private gallery module, which allows the admin to assign specific roles to users, granting them access to only the galleries and images intended for them. Alongside this, we implemented flexible content access controls, so admins can decide which pages, galleries, or sections are visible to each role. Together, these systems provide a secure, exclusive experience for guests while keeping management simple for the villa’s team.

Admins can efficiently manage every part of the site, from content updates to bookings and access controls, without technical assistance.
